Last summer, Passion Pit canceled a Twilight Concert Series performance so that frontman Michael Angelakos could take time to work on improving his mental health. Apparently, he’s better. Passion Pit just announced a 2013 tour, including a stop in Salt Lake City.---

The dance-pop band will land at The Complex on March 2 with support provided by Matt & Kim. This will be the last show at the end of a five-week tour, but additional dates are said to be announced later.

Passion Pit has been busy of late. After scoring #4 on Billboard, they are finding their way for the first time to the Top 5 Alternative chart. They also made their first TV appearance on SNL last month, performing “Take a Walk” and “Carried Away.” And, take this for what it’s worth, they are the face of the Brooks Brothers 2012 fall line (so don’t forget to wear your button-up and argyle sweater to the show!).

“Take a Walk” from Saturday Night Live on Oct. 13, 2012
