It's a gorgeous time of year to drive up Big Cottonwood Canyon to rustic Silver Fork Lodge, and even better when they're offering a 4-course dinner with five wines for a mere $50 per person, plus tax and gratuity. 

The menu is as follows: 

Amuse: Leeuwin Estate Riesling "Art Series" 2013 Margaret River + seafood crostini

Soup: d'Arenberg Viognier-Marsanne "The Hermit Crab" 2012 McLaren Vale + butternut squash soup

Salad: Plantagenet Pinot Noir "Omrah" 2011 Great Southern + pomegranate salad

Entree: d'Arenberg Shiraz-Viognier "The Laughing Magpie" 2009 McLaren Vale + lamb

Dessert: Innocent Bystander Pink Moscato 2013 Victoria + strawberry panna cotta
