Hits The Spot
The Spot (870 S. Main) is an old-school bar perfect for escaping hectic holiday crowds and relaxing with friends. With four pool tables, a foosball table and six high-definition screens—one conveniently placed outside for those enjoying smokes around a nifty bejeweled heater—it’s a comfy getaway. Nice leather booths, awesome light fixtures (dig the lava lamps!) and a friendly staff don’t hurt the allure, either. Sharon “Mama” Crawford made us a tasty tropical drink called “Sweet Emotion” that helped us forget the freezing temps outside.

Sweet Emotion
1 oz. Passionfruit Smirnoff
1 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. OJ
Shake and serve in a tumbler.
