On Saturday, Aug. 16, Slow Food Utah and Park City’s Copper Moose Farm will host the fourth annual Feast of the 5 Senses with a multi-course menu of artisanal, seasonal and local ingredients. The chefs for the feast include Lugano’s Greg Neville, Dave Jones from Bambara, Chez Betty’s Jerry Garcia, Colton Soelberg and Joseph McRae of Orem’s Pizzeria 712, Talisker’s Aimee Altizer, and Amber Billingsley of Farina Cakes. Antipasti will be provided by Liberty Heights Fresh and optional beer and wine pairings will be available featuring organic, biodynamic and regional wines and beer. Special guests include Utah farmers, ranchers and cheese-makers. The cost for the dinner is $85 per person plus $35 for the optional wine/beer pairing, and can be purchased at SlowFoodUtah.org or by phoning 706-8828.
