Fall-Planting Workshop
Saturday, Aug. 7
Growing your own produce is a great way to be self-reliant, but you don’t have to let your beds and green thumb go unused during the fall. Come check out this free workshop on extending your growing season with hardier crops like greens, root veggies and brassicas. There will also be some garlic basics and discussions on cover crops and season extenders, courtesy of guest instructor Farmer Pete from Sandhill Farms.
