Up in South Ogden, you will learn how to cook from an Italian master. Chef Elio Scanu, owner of Zucca Trattoria, is now offering cooking classes on Tuesday nights at Zucca. Each two-hour class costs $35 per person, with additional wine pairings and wine education also available. Upcoming class topics include: The Antipasto Table (Feb. 24), Mediterranean Cooking—Spain to Greece (March 3), Country Cooking—Trattoria Style (March 10), and The Righteous Rice—Risotto (March 17).
