Any Bob Dylan sightings while on your mission?
tI was a missionary near Dinkytown, where Bob Dylan played and hung out in the University of Minnesota area. I also visited Dylan’s hometown of Hibbing, Minn., more than once. I talked with a couple who went to high school with him. They told me about how the school booed him off the stage while he played the piano for a talent show. They said he didn’t give a damn. He just kept playing and screaming. … I had a weird situation one day where I saw a “demon” and couldn’t move while taking a nap. In hindsight, I think it was the effects of failed sublimation but the demon was jet black and had colorful jewels in parts of his face. It scared the shit outta me at the time, but I was also very intrigued.
