Jason Lewis and Wendy Moler-Lewis, along with partners Matt and Nikki MacKay, are friends from Draper that have created a dining experience for Draper and her neighbors. They love the Cliff Dining Pub and the tapestry of friendships developed there. The focus of the menu for The Cliff Dining Pub displays of a broad range of signature styles from across the globe using the best quality ingredients to satisfy each guest’s palate. General Manager Dean Chauffe was born and raised in the heart of New Orleans, Louisiana and has survived many Fat Tuesdays and Hurricane Katrina. He has worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. After studying classical guitar at Southeastern Louisiana University, his musical claim to fame is playing The Lake Front Arena and The House of Blues New Orleans for over 4000 fans. He finished his degree in hotel, restaurant, and tourism at the University of New Orleans and moved to Utah shortly after to pursue this dream of becoming a General Manager. Today, he uses his acumen for team building and his eye for perfection, behind the scenes, as he sets the stage for the Chefs and the staff to create lasting memories for our guests. Both families have experience owning businesses in and around Draper and value first-class customer service above all else. Jason is known as Dr. Jason Lewis during the day, and is passionate about reconstructing smiles. Following a career as an attorney, Wendy now helps him run the office of Dr Jason R. Lewis. The MacKay’s own the Pro Image Sports stores at South Towne Mall and Traverse Mountain shopping centers respectively, as well as several others around the Western United States. Nikki is passionate about keeping children safe and applies this passion at her work with Utah Foster Care Foundation. Both the Lewis’ and MacKay’s are raising their families in Draper and you will find them involved in many local activities. They look forward to providing a unique dining experience and a warm environment for friends and families to celebrate life.
