Oh baby! The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. This Thursday, Oct. 23, The March of Dimes will host its Signature Chefs of Utah gala at the downtown Hilton, from 6:00 to 9:30 PM. The evening includes gourmet chefs samplings, live entertainment, and a silent auction.
