Erastes, author of Transgressions, helpfully notes that a steamy, man-on-man historical romance novel is properly known as a "breeches-ripper," not a "waistcoat-ripper" as I had it. I like her term much better and will use it from now on.

Apparently, Brandon's Big Gay Blog also got "firsties" for mentioning the advance review copies sent out by publisher Running Press--which makes me feel sort of obligated now to give it a close reading so I can write a proper review.

(This, of course, will be after I've finished Watching the English, Finn and the other four books currently on the nightstand. But, ah! readers, like teenagers, have all the time in the world, so stay tuned ...)
