Rocky Anderson will marshal the troops on Washington Square this afternoon. This time the former Salt Lake City mayor is trying to pump up the outrage over torture. The event begins at 5 p.m. and features a talks by Rocky, the ACLU, the National Religious Campaign Against Torture and Torin Nelson, a former interrogator for the U.S. military.

Anderson’s High Road for Human Rights organization has been trying to turn up the heat on Congress and the White House to investigate war crimes committed during the War on Terror. More information on Today’s rally and High Road’s campaign can be found here.
