Hey, you know that venue on Kilby Ct. ironically enough named after the street its on? Yeah, it's turning ten years old tonight. ---

--- Which is something to say since that's three years longer then most venues usually live. Let alone an all ages venue that's been busting its ass for years to give people under twenty-one a chance to see top notch touring bands as well as their favorites from around town and state. With a building just under the size of a two-car garage, an open patio with bonfire capabilities, a snack hut and some of the happiest staff you can find anywhere, the place has become a staple of SLC entertainment and a right-of-passage for any local performer.

I could type more along with dozens upon dozens of others who could reminisce from night one until yesterday, but let's save that for the comments section where I'd like to encourage all to post your fondest memory of Kilby so far. If you want to celebrate proper, come to their Anniversary show tonight. Five bands, plus a BBQ, and who knows what else it may have in store. All for just six bucks!!! You beat that offer tonight, I dare you. And no, whatevers on VH1 tonight does not count. Come check it out and have some fun!
