In the past, I've come up with a few theme restaurant ideas of my own. The best was Star Trek, --- where servers would be dressed as Trekies and the restaurant would look like The Enterprise. Dishes would be named accordingly. My worst idea was to have incompetent servers riding around on tricycles a la Artie Johnson on Laugh-In, periodically tipping over and spilling food. Come to think of it, I believe I've actually eaten in restaurants with such service.
