I just cannot help it.

I am a sucker for a great love song, chocolate with a glass of Zinfandel and… ---

… the Little League World Series. I could (and have been) watching this all day. It just never fails to disappoint. Kids who are great baseball players at 11 & 12 years of age, making amazing plays, realizing the amazing joy of victory, the true heartbreak of defeat and the unique and endless love of baseball, that only a kid has.

This weekend is the finale with the International and US Finals on Saturday at 10am. (ABC) Then Sunday, the World Series Championship game @ 1 pm. (ABC)

If you’re a sucker like me, you can also catch the semi finals which will be dare I say… at a fever pitch.

Tonight on ESPN @ 2pm & 6pm.
