It has been 8 years since that horrific day and where are we?---

The threat level is still a faded meaningless yellow.  We are still in Iraq spending billions every month for what? No WMD's but Sean Hannity knows we just haven't found them yet!. Afghanistan, which is where we should have stayed from the beginning, is growing into our new Viet Nam.  Osama Bin laden is still out there.  Air travel is a pain in the ass with the TSA wanting to search every infant and senior citizen for bombs.  Dick Cheney is still on the loose and Obama hasn't a clue what to do about any of this.

Screw the Middle East and just cut our losses and leave it up to some hired guns to find Bin Laden and pay attention to the U S and solve our domestic problems first.  I'm sick of trying to be cop of the world.  Let them figure out their own problems as I really don't care what they do.
