Thanks to I-15 on-ramp construction in Layton, there are currently many detours getting to and from Main Street. A lucky one resulted, for me, in a major discovery of a great new seafood market in Layton. --- Jim Pilarczyk worked at Gastronomy Inc. in their fish markets and restaurants for 19 years, so he knows a thing or two about seafood.
