OMG! Twilight cast in SLC! | Buzz Blog
We need your help.

Newspapers and media companies nationwide are closing or suffering mass layoffs since the coronavirus impacted all of us starting in March. City Weekly's entire existence is directly tied to people getting together in groups--in clubs, restaurants, and at concerts and events--which are the industries most affected by new coronavirus regulations.

Our industry is not healthy. Yet, City Weekly has continued publishing thanks to the generosity of readers like you. Utah needs independent journalism more than ever, and we're asking for your continued support of our editorial voice. We are fighting for you and all the people and businesses hardest hit by this pandemic.

You can help by making a one-time or recurring donation on PressBackers.com, which directs you to our Galena Fund 501(c)(3) non-profit, a resource dedicated to help fund local journalism. It is never too late. It is never too little. Thank you. DONATE

Get ready, regular visitors to Fashion Place mall. You are soon to encounter the shrieking of a lifetime. ---

Summit Entertainment is pulling out the big publicity guns for the Nov. 20 release of The Twilight Saga: New Moon, by going back to that 1980s standby, the mall tour. On Saturday, Nov. 14, Fashion Place Mall will be the local stop on a 15-city tour that will bring Twilight-themed activities, giveaways, trivia contests and other fun. Teasing press materials also announce that "select cast members" will also be appearing at each stop for VIP sessions (register at the Fashion Place Hot Topic store at 8 a.m. on Halloween) and Q&A. And a band featured on the movie soundtrack will also perform. Will it be Death Cab for Cutie? Band of Skulls? Anya Marina? There's just so much mystery!

Let the swooning commence.
