Good food plus good whiskey = GOOD TIMES. So, mark Thursday, November 12 on your calendar. --- That's when Pago will host a food and spirit tasting featuring High West Distillery spirits and a selection of Pago starters. The tasting will include the complete collection of spirits from High West: Vodka 7000, Peach Vodka 7000, Rendezvous Rye Whiskey, 16-year Rye Whiskey and 21-year Rye Whiskey.
High West Distillery owner David Perkins (a.k.a. Whiskey Dave) will be on hand to discuss whiskey and the distilling process, along with High West's Brendan Coyle and Katie Flanagan. The tasting runs from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM and costs $55 per person, plus tax and18% gratuity. Reservations are required and can be made by RSVPing to email@example.com by November 9.
