Just received word that Nouvelle Vague will be performing in Salt Lake City at the Urban Lounge on Feb. 2!---

A labor of love between French producers Marc Collin and Olivier Libaux, the "group" remakes classic new-wave hits, often with sweet bossa-nova flair, sung by a cast of impossibly endearing female singers. Some of my favorites include their takes on The Cramps' "Human Fly" and Dead Kennedys' "Too Drunk to Fuck."

Nouvelle Vague is touring in support of the new album, 3, which features a killer cover of Depeche Mode's "Master and Servant" featuring Martin Gore!
