Sometimes, it’s the little things that make your day. I’m talking about owner Huong Mai’s egg roll here, because although my Second Helping column is blessedly short and to the point, sometimes…I want to add just one more bite. So let me add…try the egg roll if you go. It’s nothing new -- just finely ground pork, shredded carrot, slivers of cabbage and noodles -- but it’s so perfectly deep fried, the outer skin crunches and falls off with each bite.
