As promised, here’s your weekly reminder to watch FX’s Terriers harder tonight. It’s not about dogs. Just do it.---

What’s new tonight:
Hell’s Kitchen (Fox) The 100th Episode: The nine remaining chefs compete for a trip to Las Vegas, even though there must be several easier ways to get there than staring down Gordon Ramsay—like, say, bus. Also, some very special guests drop by for dinner, so the stakes are even higher (and louder) than usual. Sadly, one of them is not my personal assistant Jackie—she loves her some Gordo.

Survivor: Nicaragua (CBS) The “young” tribe and the “old” tribe merge, so you and Jeff Probst won’t have to try and remember the actual tribe names anymore. (They were Espada and La Flor, by the way.)

America’s Next Top Model (The CW) The models go on a Rodeo Drive photo shoot, and not one of ‘em ask where the horses and clowns are—good to see they’ve weeded out most of the dummies. Will Ann win the photo challenge again? Yeah, probably.

L.A. Ink (TLC) Kat Von D thinks her tattoo studio crew is acting strangely, bringing into question whether or not she’s ever been in a tattoo studio before.

Also new tonight:
The Middle, Better With You, Modern Family, Cougar Town, The Whole Truth (ABC); Criminal Minds, The Defenders (CBS); Undercovers, Law & Order: SVU, Law & Order: Los Angeles (NBC); Hellcats (The CW); South Park, Ugly Americans (Comedy Central); Top Chef: Just Desserts (Bravo); Man vs. Food (Travel Channel), Terriers (FX)

Preview: America’s Next Top Model takes it to the street, with Christopher Lloyd, er, Patrick Demarchelier behind the camera.
