New this weekend:
Real Time With Bill Maher (HBO, tonight) Tonight’s panelists include director Rob Reiner, commentator Nicole Wallace, reporter Jake Tapper and … senatorial candidate/baby daddy Levi Johnston. George Clooney will also be on hand, presumably to give Levi some tips on loving and/or leaving ‘em.
Also new tonight:
The Good Guys (Fox); Smallville, Supernatural (The CW); School Pride (NBC); Medium, CSI:NY, Blue Bloods (CBS); Star Wars: The Clone Wars (Cartoon Network); Law & Order: UK (BBC America); Teach: Tony Danza (A&E); Sanctuary (SyFy); The Soup (E!); The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret (IFC)
Saturday Night Live (NBC/CW 30, Saturday) That cute lil’ Emma Stone (Easy A, Zombieland and the criminally-underrated The Rocker) hosts, and a hot new buzz band that’s only been around for 10 years and released five albums, Kings of Leon, perform.
Also new Saturday:
Outlaw (NBC) The Smits burn-off continues.
Dexter (Showtime, Sunday) The Julia Styles infiltration is only beginning, Dexheads—better get used to her. Tonight, Dex wonders if being found in a pool of his dead mother’s blood will have a psychological effect on baby Harrison (hmm, a thinker), and suspicious Quinn does some further investigation on Dexter (because, apparently, he’s the only real cop in Miami).
Eastbound & Down (HBO, Sunday) He may have lost Vida (damn!) and his spot on the Churros baseball team (not so much of a loss—remember Vida?), but at least Kenny Fucking Powers still has his dad (Don Johnson) and ATVs. But Vida … damn!
Also new Sunday:
Desperate Housewives, Brothers & Sisters (ABC); The Amazing Race, Undercover Boss, CSI: Miami (CBS); The Simpsons, The Cleveland Show, Family Guy, American Dad (Fox); Boardwalk Empire, Bored to Death (HBO); Childrens Hospital, The Venture Bros, Metalocalypse (Adult Swim)
Preview: Sadly, looks like a Vida-free episode of Eastbound & Down.
