After all of the hype, Conan O’Brien delivered a funny (albeit pretty safe) re-return show on TBS last night and topped Leno and Letterman in the ratings. Tonight, he’s got Tom Hanks and Soundgarden—it’s 1996 again! ---

What’s new tonight:
The Good Wife (CBS) Remember how this series was hot shit last season? Now, Julianna Margulies just gets beaten up every week by Parenthood (which isn’t exactly doing huge numbers, itself). Tonight, The Good Wife attempts to regain some buzz and sizzle (bizzle?) with a guest-shot by Michael J. Fox, playing, says here, a “disabled lawyer” who uses his condition to gain jury sympathy in the courtroom—how can a wronged political wife compete with that? Probably not with a snappy red blazer.

Running Wilde (Fox) First of all, someone owes us all an apology for last Friday’s season finale of The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret (IFC). What the hell kind of an ending was that? Will Arnett and David Cross aren't quite as profanely good on Running Wilde, but tonight’s episode shows some promise: Steve (Arnett) throws a Renaissance wedding for Andy (Cross) and Emmy (Keri Russell). Since Steve hates Andy and loves Emmy, hijinx are sure to be afoot. If Fox doesn’t cancel it during the first commercial break.

The Fashion Show (Bravo) Season Premiere: Also known as Not Project Runway, The Fashion Show is Bravo’s attempt to fill the clotheshorse void left by Lifetime-hijacked Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn with … Isaac Mizrahi and Iman. And this is Season 2! It’s less “make it work” than “cash the check.”

The Bad Girls Club (Oxygen) Season Finale: This year, my BGC crush is Lea, a Suicide Girls reject who may or not be a lesbian but is most definitely in-fucking-sane. In tonight’s Season 5 (!) finale, fights break out between the remaining girls because, well, who’s left to wail on? To me, the real finale was last week, when the BGC bond between Lea and animated Barbie doll Kristen was finally shattered. Single tear ...

Also new tonight:
No Ordinary Family, Dancing With the Stars, Detroit 187 (ABC); NCIS, NCIS Los Angeles (CBS); The Biggest Loser, Parenthood (NBC); Glee, Raising Hope (Fox); One Tree Hill, Life Unexpected (The CW); Stargate Universe (SyFy); Sons of Anarchy (FX); Nick Swardson’s Pretend Time (Comedy Central); Running Russell Simmons (Oxygen); In Treatment (HBO); Conan (TBS)

Preview: Lea goes off about ex-BFF Kristen on The Bad Girls Club. Yeah, I can’t really explain my crush, either.
