It's time to raise your glass to the State of Utah, the thirty-sixth and deciding state to approve the 21st Amendment abolishing prohibition through the repeal of the Eighteenth Amendment. --- It happened on this day in 1933. That's when the 21 members of Utah's Constitutional Convention unanimously endorsed the 21st Amendment -- and, probably the last time Utah politicians agreed unanimously on anything.
