The Lunar Year of the Rabbit - Chinese New Year 2011 - begins today and continues for two weeks, through February 17th at Bountiful's Mandarin Chinese restaurant, where you can celebrate in stye. --- As in previous years, Mandarin will feature the traditional Chinese lion dance, performed by an 8-person troupe, on Wednesday, February 16th at 6:00 PM.
In addition to the regular Mandarin menu, the kitchen staff will preapre a special Chinese New Year Menu for parties of 4 or more people: $20 per person. Included in the New Year menu are:
