Three Salt Lake City chefs -- the duo from Forage and Pago's chef are in the running for "People's Best New Chef for 2010," sponsored by Food & Wine magazine, Southwest Airlines and CNN's Eatocracy. --- Forage's Viet Pham and Bowman Brown and Pago's Michael Richey have been nominated as one of the 10 Best Chefs from the Southwest Region, with 100 chefs in total competing for the award nationally.

According to Food & Wine, they're searching for "10 most brilliant up-and-coming chefs" and they want to know who YOU think is the most talented American chef. Since 1998, the editors of Food & Wine have feasted their way from coast to coast, seeking out 10 innovative chefs, each with a distinctive vision, creating exceptionally delicious food. They've bestowed upon these shining stars the title of Best New Chef. This year, the dining public has a say.
