Today is Fat Tuesday in New Orleans and other places where Mardi Gras is celebrated, including ... Park City. --- Beginning today, March 8, at 2:00 PM, Park City's High West Distillery and Saloon will host a New Orleans-style Fat Tuesday celebration with live music and dining & drink specials. 

Music will be provided by Dr. Swamp and the Zydeco Zombies, Salt Lake City’s newest zydeco band. And, executive chef James Dumas has cooked up a Cajun-inspired menu featuring bourbon spiced pecans, mini muffelatas, crawfish beignets, boiled shrimp with remoulade sauce and crab-craw cakes, priced between $3-$12. Sazerac cocktails, an old-fashioned whiskey drink and Louisiana’s official state cocktail will be featured for $7.

There is no cover charge to attend Fat Tuesday at High West.
