A few options for your midweek jollies.---

One of my favorite comics is doing a show in West Valley City's Wiseguys at 7:30 p.m. Maria Bamford (pictured) is known to many as the manic lady in the holiday Target commercials, and she does a ton voices on animated series. She's also one of the so-called "Comedians of Comedy" along with Patton Oswalt, Brian Posehn and Zack Galifinakis, and she easily holds her own, standup-wise, with those dudes. I saw her in Ogden a couple years ago, and it was great stuff. She's only doing one show, so get out there early!

The Hale Centre Theatre in West Valley City continues its run of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, so get those corks on those forks and head on over. 

On the music tip, The Ataris are doing an acoustic show at Kilby Court, and We Are The Willows headline at Ogden's Basement.
