There are few things I can think of that I'd rather have cooking on the grill for a July 4th celebration than Maine lobsters. ---
Well, from today through the holiday weekend - July 1-4 - Market Street Fish Markets in Cottonwood, South Jordan and Salt Lake City (University) are offering live or cooked Maine lobsters for $11.99 apiece (normally $20 each), from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., daily.
So, stock up on lobsters and invite me to your Independence Day cookout!
