This summer, why not bask in the good community vibes of your neighborhood farmers markets and help out the local food movement at the same time!---
Both Salt Lake City’s Downtown Farmers Market and the Sugarhouse Farmers Market are still in need of good folk willing to volunteer for their communities and for the benefit of all things fresh and local.

The Downtown Farmers Market is in regular need of volunteers who can monitor Waste Wise waste stations to make sure market patrons dispose of their trash properly. As well as EBT token distributors, who vend tokens to program participants. The market also needs general support from volunteers who can man informational booths when regular market staff is pulled away for other duties.
