Didya catch presidential candidates Mitt Romney and Jon Huntsman on Saturday Night Live last night? ---
OK, only one was the real deal—but it could be argued that SNL player Jason Sudeikis is no more or less phony than Mitt himself. And, since the Muppets were sharing the screen with host Jason Segal all night, why not use Romney ringer Guy Smiley? Here’s the cold open, “Mitt Romney: Raw & Unleashed”:
Later in the show, Jon Huntsman himself dropped by Seth Meyers’ Weekend Update to suck up to New Hampshire 2012 primary voters. He may be tracking in the single-digit percentile, but at least he’s up from “margin of error”:
