Wassail, Waffles & Films



As part of its classic holiday films series, the Salt Lake Film Society will serve wassail, waffles, tea and cookies on Saturday, Dec.10. --- Festivities begin at 10 a.m. with waffles, wassail, and a surprise visit from Santa, along with a choice of either A Christmas Story or another holiday film.  n

Film screenings begin at 11 a.m. and have historically filled quickly for this free, first-come, first-served event. n

In addition, the Salt Lake Film Society will screen It's a Wonderful Life on Dec. 24 and 25.  n

All screenings are at the Broadway Centre Cinemas - 111 E. Broadway in Salt Lake City.
