Thomas Sazani, a California doctor licensed to practice in Utah, was added to the Utah doctors discipline database after being disciplined in his home state, while another doctor in Utah got off probation and had his license to practice and administer controlled substances reinstated with full privileges.---

Nathan Currier, a Salt Lake City doctor who has been on probation since 2004 for an inappropriate relationship he had with a patient in 2001, had his licenses reinstated with full privileges in February 2012. Another doctor was added to the list in February, as Layton doctor Arif Chowdhury’s licenses were placed on probation for two years after he had an inappropriate relationship with one patient and his staff accidentally gave the wrong patient’s records over to another patient.
