This video taken by a Logan resident seems to indicate a severe shortcoming in Utah's educational system.--- We provide the following video with the warning that the basic failed mathematics may be hard for some viewers to comprehend. However, the young lady can rest assured that she has at least enough math skills to make it in a career in journalism if she so chooses--so no judgment here.
