Wine Wednesday: Seven Hills Winery Dinner

On Thursday, April 5, Christopher's Prime Steak House & Grill will present a wine dinner featuring Seven Hills Winery and winemaker Casey J. McClellan. --- Located in Walla Walla, Washington, Seven Hills Winery produces some of Washington's best wines, continually garnering 90+ ratings in Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Wine Advocate. The 2007 Ciel du Cheval, Red Mountain was awarded a staggering 94 points in Wine Spectator. So, this is a dinner you won't want to miss. 

Among the featured pairings for the five-course dinner are butternut squash ravioli with grilled andouille sausage and Gorgonzola butter and 2009 Seven Hills Vineyard Merlot; pepper-crusted filet mignon with lobster pot pie and 2008 Seven Hills Klipsun Cabernet Sauvignon; and a cherry-stuffed "bomb" with vanilla bean creme anglaise and 2008 Seven Hills Ciel du Cheval. 

The price per person is $48 for dinner and $20 for the optional wine pairings.
