Two new doctors sanctioned by the state made City Weekly’s database of disciplined doctors, and another lost his bid to renew his licenses.---

According to the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing,  Dr. Daniel Albertson of Nebraska was issued a license to practice as a surgeon but with probation as a result of discipline he received in Nebraska in 2008. Salt Lake City Doctor Nick Greenwood received a public reprimand for poor record keeping, while another Salt Lake City doc, Robert Simpson, had a suspension removed from his licenses to practice and administer controlled substances and was placed on probation.

Arizona Doctor Gary Page, however, was denied on his bid to have his license to practice and administer controlled substances.
