The Ricky Gervais Show (HBO, tonight) Season 3 Premiere: Will Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant cackling at Karl Pilkington’s warped observations ever get old? ---Not as long as they have podcasts in the can to animate; The Ricky Gervais Show could stretch into 2020. Tonight’s topics: Karl’s two cents on museums (not a fan) and his movie pitch about transplanting someone else’s brain into Tom Cruise’s body (winner!).
