Zucca Summer Cooking Classes



Throughout the summer of 2012, Zucca Trattoria -- located in South Ogden -- will host a series of Saturday cooking classes: hands-on instructional seminars that include food and beverages, taught by Executive Chef Elio Scanu. --- All classes begin at 1:30 p.m. The roster for Zucca's summer cooking classes is as follows: 

May 26: Ceviche ($30)

June 2: Cheeses and Meats, featuring antipasti for summer celebrations ($20)

June 30: Burgers and Beers ($20)

July 14: Entertaining Appetizers, Mediterranean Style ($20)

July 28: Summer Vinaigrettes ($15)

August 11: Honey ($15)

August 25: Corn ($15)
