Throughout the summer of 2012, Zucca Trattoria -- located in South Ogden -- will host a series of Saturday cooking classes: hands-on instructional seminars that include food and beverages, taught by Executive Chef Elio Scanu. --- All classes begin at 1:30 p.m. The roster for Zucca's summer cooking classes is as follows:
