This weekend, Christopher Nemelka, the self-claimed author of the sealed portion of the Book of Mormon, and his supporters will host a broadcast of his entire work in Liberty Park.---

Nemelka appeared in City Weekly as the subject of cover story “Sealed Fate,” which charted the curious saga of his relationship with the great-great-granddaughter of a brother of LDS Church founder Joseph Smith.

Today through Sunday, Nemelka will be broadcasting via BlogTalkRadio.com nine one-hour sessions—three each day—covering his seven books, with an introduction and conclusion.

His supporters will gather this afternoon and through the weekend at the Rice Terrace Pavilion on the northeast corner of Liberty Park, 900 S. 700 East.

Nemelka will make an appearance on Saturday around 3 p.m. On Sunday evening, between 5 and 10 p.m., he will be taking questions on his controversial work.

According to a press release put out by Nemelka’s people, “These public broadcasts are the setting for the official introduction of an important message, given by the properly chosen mortal true messenger who will deliver the message and instructions that he received from the overseers and creators of this Earth.”

Along with preparing for the broadcast, Nemelka has perhaps been a little distracted of late by a third-degree-felony prosecution for criminal nonsupport.
