We need your help.

Newspapers and media companies nationwide are closing or suffering mass layoffs since the coronavirus impacted all of us starting in March. City Weekly's entire existence is directly tied to people getting together in groups--in clubs, restaurants, and at concerts and events--which are the industries most affected by new coronavirus regulations.

Our industry is not healthy. Yet, City Weekly has continued publishing thanks to the generosity of readers like you. Utah needs independent journalism more than ever, and we're asking for your continued support of our editorial voice. We are fighting for you and all the people and businesses hardest hit by this pandemic.

Gregory Nathan Peterson: Photos at the Log Cabin

Orem Tea Party activist Gregory Nathan Peterson has been charged today with multiple felony counts for allegedly raping four women, two of whom were allegedly sexually assaulted at his cabin in Heber. --- The Salt Lake Tribune's story about it is here.

The 37-year-old financial planner from Orem made a name for himself as the host of an annual barbecue at his cabin, which, according to blogger Michael Jolley, is located at the Timberlakes Estates near Heber City (interior shots of the luxury cabin, called Moose Lodge, can be seen here ). According to Jolley, the event was originally held to help heal "the rifts formed in the Utah GOP following the hotly contested primary between Mike Lee and Tim Bridgewater."

Judging by the photos on Jolley's blog, it was a veritable who's who of Utah's GOP royalty, who are no doubt now scrambling to distance themselves from Peterson.

Check out these photos, provided by a tipster, of Peterson, presumably in his emcee mode:
