Glad You Asked: Souls of Mischief, Nine to Five and Peter Heller

Dear GYA, I heard that the Price is Right is holding tryouts for its first-ever male model and I'm not gonna lie, this is my dream job. People are constantly telling me that I look good standing next to Ford Fiestas, holding power tools and siting in golf carts.--- Plus, I've always had an interest in objectifying myself. I'm so pumped that I've finally found my inner calling. I think I wanna celebrate -- anything good happening tonight?- Jimmy Burf, Midvale

Jimmy, as you are probably aware, there's a terrifyingly low number of male models in the industry right now. The world needs courageous men like yourself, so congratulations on doing what needs to be done. Here's what's happening tonight:

The rap crew Souls of Mischief will be performing at Park City Live this evening. The Souls of Mischief (consisting of A-Plus, Phesto, Opio and Tajai) are linked up with Hieroglyphics founders Casual and Pep Love for the Hiero Imperium Summer Tour 2012. Local emcee Dope Thought is also on the bill. The show starts at 9 p.m.

Tonight, Hale Center Theatre will be presenting the musical comedy Nine to Five. Adapted from the the 1985 film of the same name, the musical is peppered with classic Dolly Parton tunes and follows a group of office secretaries who plot revenge on their sexist boss.

Author Peter Heller will be signing and reading from his novel The Dog Stars at The King's English Bookshop. It's an inspiring tale that follows a man living in the Colorado mountains after an influenza plague has wiped out the world's population. The story has been compared to Cormac McCarthy's The Road. The book signing starts at 7 p.m.

Other worthwhile events happening tonight:

- Great American Taxi will be performing at The State Room tonight at 9 p.m.

- Murder By Death will be at Bar Deluxe. Doors open at 9 p.m.

- The Canyons Resort will be hosting the Park City Farmers Market at noon.
