What’s new on the maker-smarter box tonight:

Covert Affairs (USA) Summer Finale: Didya notice that all of Season 3’s episodes were titled after David Bowie songs? ---In tonight’s summer finale, “Let’s Dance” (some work better than others), injured CIA agent Annie (Piper Perabo) is royally pissed and out for payback—think the bosses are going to keep her out of Russia? Think again! Meanwhile, Auggie (Christopher Gorham) sounds concerned—and looks dreamy—on the drive-thru headset.

Hot Set (Syfy) Series Debut: If it were on Spike, this would probably be a Hooters waitress competition—but, since it’s on Syfy, it’s about building movie sets. Hey, I’m just as disappointed as you are.

Sons of Anarchy (FX) How’s SAMCRO going to bounce back from last week’s harrowing, sucks-to-be-a-biker-in-Charming season premiere -- besides going on an ill-advised joyride with Nero (Jimmy Smits)? Come to Brewvies Cinema Pub (677 S. 200 West; 21+) and find out for free with a beer and a big screen at 8 p.m.—but arrive early, the joint fills up fast.

Also new tonight:
So You Think You Can Dance: Season Finale (Fox); The Voice, Go On, Parenthood (NBC); My Family Recipe Rocks! (KSL 5); Flipping Out (Bravo); 19 Kids & Counting, High School Moms, Abby & Brittany (TLC); Shipping Wars (A&E); Teen Mom Reunion (MTV); Face Off, Collection Intervention (Syfy); The Burn With Jeff Ross: Season Finale (Comedy Central); White Collar: Season Finale (USA)
