Fox 13's fill-in weatherman Dan Pope was merely trying to educate the viewers on the developments of Tropical Storm John a few weeks back and the Internet responded with arguably Utah's GIF of the year.--- Posted on the front page of the social media website Reddit by the keen eye of user Phonedojo, this fantastic groin GIF portrays a raging storm forming from Pope's pants. How could he not see this happening on the green screen? Poor Dan, he just wanted us to learn. Click here for hilarity.
