On Saturday, Nov. 3, a trio of Salt Lake City's most popular food trucks will meet up with Beehive Cheese Company to bring artisan cheeses and other good grub to downtown SLC. --- 

Off the Grid, Waki Paki, and Sweet Treats food trucks will circle the wagons at 35 West Broadway in downtown Salt Lake City, accompanied by Beehive Cheese Company, which will be distributing complimentary samples of its award-winning cheeses to attendees throughout the afternoon.

Off the Grid specializes in unique waffle dishes (you've gotta give the grilled cheese waffle a go) and locally roasted coffees.

Waki Paki food truck offers up the flavors of Pakistan with kebabs, samosas, aloo and more, including a killer Hebrew National Kosher Dog.

Street Sweets, which is relatively new to the local food-truck scene, serves cupcakes and other sweet temptations. Its brownie pops are especially delicious. 

The food truck and Beehive Cheese meet-up on Saturday runs from noon to 4 p.m. and everyone is invited.
