Dear GYA, I truly hope Louisville basketball player Kevin Ware has a speedy recovery from last weekend's gruesome leg injury. But guys, I can't stress this enough -- you can't skip leg day. I know we all want to look like like we're packing a couple of glazed hams in our necks, but if you're not yolkin' the legs on a regular basis, you're gonna have a bad time ... case in point.
