We need your help.

Newspapers and media companies nationwide are closing or suffering mass layoffs since the coronavirus impacted all of us starting in March. City Weekly's entire existence is directly tied to people getting together in groups--in clubs, restaurants, and at concerts and events--which are the industries most affected by new coronavirus regulations.

Our industry is not healthy. Yet, City Weekly has continued publishing thanks to the generosity of readers like you. Utah needs independent journalism more than ever, and we're asking for your continued support of our editorial voice. We are fighting for you and all the people and businesses hardest hit by this pandemic.

Glad You Asked: Beehive Bazaar, Big Boi and Black Sabbath

Dear GYA, How good is the Twilight Concert Series this year, huh? Man, oh man, what a fantastic lineup! I'm not going, of course. I mean, I would go if these shows featured less big stinky crowds jammed into Pioneer Park and more air-conditioning, Fritos Twists and Neflix streaming of Tremors 2 Aftershock. %uFFFDBut how good is that Twilight lineup?! - Kristen Mandaoly, West Valley City%uFFFD

Kristen, The lineup is great. This will surely be an amazing summer for music and snacking indoors in Salt Lake City. Here are some things happening today that are also pretty decent:

For some homemade crafts and gifts (for Mother's Day), check out the 2013 Beehive Bazaar at the Shops at the Riverwood in Provo. The shopping starts at 10 a.m.%uFFFD

Outkast rapper Big Boi and Atlanta-based cohort Killer Mike will be onstage The Depot tonight. Fishhawk and Dope Thought are also on the bill. %uFFFDThe show starts at 9. Tickets are $31.%uFFFD

If you're into cover bands, more%uFFFDspecifically metal cover bands, peep Irony Man, a Black Sabbath Experience at Hog Wallow Pub, starting at 9:30 p.m.%uFFFD
