Glad You Asked: Sean Price, Latyrx and Jay Brannan

Dear GYA, Yes, it's true. I smoked crack cocaine a while back and, to be honest, I do all sorts of crazy shenanigans in my drunken stupors. How can I be held responsible for all the times I got wasted, caught the 5th street bus downtown, met up with my buddy Crazy Eyes, picked up a crack rock for $20 and casually smoked it in a dumpster filled with kitty litter behind my office? Anything happening tonight that doesn't involve crack? - Rob Ford, Mayor of Toronto---

Rob, I can't wait to watch your inevitable made-for-TV movie. Here are a few fantastic, crack-free events happening tonight:

The Hotel will be hosting its 7th Annual Snowboard Season Kick-Off Party tonight with Duck Down Records rapper Sean Price. Doors open at 9. Tickets are $10.

Bay Area funk and hip-hop duo Latyrx will be at The State Room this evening. Skins & Needles and Grits Green are also on the bill. The show starts at 8. Tickets are $17.

Singer-songwriter Jay Brannan will be onstage at Urban Lounge tonight. The Femme Medea are also performing. The show starts at 8. Tickets are $15.

Chicago blues from the Nick Moss Band can be heard at The Sun & Moon Cafe. Show starts at 7 p.m.; tickets are $20.
