Dear GYA, After an embarrassing string of plagiarism, even plagiarizing an apology from Yahoo Answers, it seems that Shia LaBuff, or Shea Lebooof, or whatever the hell his name is, will be retiring from public life.  Ok ... hold up; does anyone honestly know how to pronounce this guy's name? It sounds like a mouthful of Jell-O every time. Anything happening this weekend after I figure out how to pronounce Shia LaBwiff? - Michelle Mosherly, Park City---

Michelle, Yes, Shia LaBeouf's name is difficult to pronounce, sort of like Joaquin Phoenix -- who, coincidentally, also faked a retirement. Anyway, here's what's up with this weekend, starting with Friday's events:  

At EnergySolutions Arena, the Utah Jazz will be taking on the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight at 7. Tickets start at $10.  

Kilby Court will be hosting The North Valley Album Release Party tonight at 7. Breakers and Golden Sun are also performing. Tickets are $6.  

Chelsea Lately writer and stand-up comedian Heather McDonald will be at Wiseguys West Valley this evening. There are two shows, at 7:30 and 9:30. Tickets are $20. 

Local band Yaktooth will be onstage at Urban Lounge. Baby Gurl and Die Off are also on the bill. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $5. 

Country band the Randy Rogers Band will be at The Depot. Wade Bowen will warm it up. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $20.  

Saturday's events:  

Local reggae band Show Me Island will be at Kilby Court tonight. Be Like Max, The A-Okay's, The Anchorage and Super Hero are also performing. The show starts at 6. Tickets are $7. 

The massive Love Elevated reception to celebrate same-sex marriages will be going down at the Rail Event Center. Check the link for all the details.  

Ultra Championship Wrestling Zero will be going down at UCW Zero Arena at  6:30 p.m. Tickets are $10. 

At The Maverik Center, the Utah Grizzlies will be facing off with the Stockton Thunder tonight at 7. Tickets start at $12.

Grammy-nominated DJ and producer BT will be performing at Park City Live this evening. The show starts at 8. Tickets start at $5.  

Local DJ Matty Mo will be onstage at Urban Lounge. The music starts at 9 p.m. Admission is $3.

Sunday's events:  

Rapper Nipsey Hustle will be at Urban Lounge tonight with local support from Yazzi, Zigga and Ortega The Omega. The show starts at 8. Tickets are $20.

DJ Street Jesus will be hosting Funk and Soul Night at Bourbon House. The funk starts at 9. Admission is free.  

Geeks Who Drink pub trivia will be going down at Piper Down tonight at 7:30. Admission in free.
