Moab Doctor Disciplined by State Regulators

One doctor had his license to practice and administer controlled substances while another doctor had his licenses suspended by the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing.---

Doctor Donald Harline had his licenses to practice medicine suspended in 2010 for an inappropriate relationship with a female patient, but according to the latest discipline news letters from the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing had his licenses reinstated with full privileges recently. Another physician, Doctor Kris Atwood of Moab according to had his licenses suspended for unprofessional conduct.
