Dear GYA, I went and saw Noah over the weekend and SPOILER ALERT, it does not stick to the source material. In fact, I'm just gonna say this right now, the Good Book was better. Leave it to Hollywood to completely sensationalize a classic story of a 500 year old man, who talks to himself and builds a house boat for animals. Atlanta-based rock band The Black Lips will be at Urban Lounge this evening. The Coathangers are also on the bill. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $16.

Folk-rock band Apache Relay will be on stage at Kilby Court. Charles Ellsworth is also performing. The shows starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10.
